Try the classic 'schiacciata' with 'tuma' cheese and ham, and among the sweet specialties such as almond paste, cannoli with ricotta cream, the 'diplomat', the 'rame di napoli', rolls and fried 'ravioli', 'bignè' and 'bocconcini'.
