"A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step ..." - Lao Tzu - Our restaurant is located at the entrance of Trivento, was born from 'union of the culinary tradition and the desire to always give our best, day after day trying to reach the highest standards of quality and refinement. This is a historic restaurant in the Trivento village, handed down from father to son, and topped off with so much wisdom and experience on the part of a key family Scarano, the wonderful Chef Rita Ciccarella. It has gone so traditional cuisine, passed down correctly, a kitchen more modern and luxury, currently managed very well by Chef Barbara Scarano, his consort Fernando Ciafardini, followed by a highly professional and always with an eye on detail.
