Le Terrazze di Cica

About

The house is located in the district of Cica, just above the town of Gioiosa Marea. Thanks to its location it enjoys an exceptional view of the sea, the Aeolian Islands, part of the country and the countryside. The building, born as a rural house, is accessible from the provincial road and overlooks a graded garden that ends in an olive grove always owned by the structure. The house currently has four rooms (two doubles and two doubles/triples) and an apartment. Moreover, it has several areas for guests.
