The Calamunci ice cream pastry shop has a long tradition and experience in the confectionery sector. The production ranges from typical Sicilian sweets, with cream and ricotta, almond pastries, half moons, almond blossom, martorana fruit up to cakes with personalized designs. A real specialty are the hazelnut-based desserts, in particular the ice cream, with which the pastry shop obtained international recognition at the Rimini fair in 2001. During the Christmas period, the pastry shop produces artisanal almond panettone or filled with hazelnut cream. or with chocolate and in the Easter period, handmade Easter eggs. The company focuses above all on the quality of the products and the genuineness of the product, in fact much attention is paid to the ingredients used.
