The B & B "The Old Olive Tree" is a newly built property with independent entrances for each room, large garden furniture (table, chairs, swing, swing for children, sun beds, laundry, drying room and a small fountain), verandah, terrace and private parking (free return in the hours of the night). It has three double rooms with possibility of extra bed and baby cot. Each room has a private bathroom, free wireless internet, air conditioning with personal control of temperature, alarm clock and desk with chair. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, iron and other amenities. The property is located at the entrance of Iglesias and is surrounded by an olive grove, surrounded by a large garden with plants typical of the Mediterranean. Its convenient location allows us to say that it is a country house in the city. The host can then relax in a natural environment comfortable away from the chaos of the city and, at the same time, use of the nearby city services and enjoy the artistic and cultural beauties of the historic city of Iglesias (the city center can be reached in a couple of minutes).
