The theatre Anselmi in Pegognaga was restructured about 20 years ago. It has got 400 seats and it’s a fundamental reference in the cultural proposals in the province of Mantova. It’s managed by Fondazione Aida and the Municipality.Various plays are put on in its annual rich season: Drama for adults, Ballett, Cinema, Theatre for families and theatrical review dedicated to schoolchildren and many other events like “Incontri con l’autore” (meetings with famous literary authors).
