I am a happy Italian, artisan with hands in dough, I communicate Made in Italy combining tradition with the enthusiasm of revisiting. My greatest pride is to have the privilege of spreading the primacy of our varieties and to sign it with my personal concept of cooking. I learned that food must know everything, appreciate it and love it.
