Villa Inglese is a gourmet restaurant with boutique accommodation celebrating the unparalleled produce of the Apennine Mountains. Chef Ben Hirst changes his menu daily using only the freshest seasonal local ingredients. He is a passionate advocate of the slow food movement and nose to tail eating and offers modern Italian cuisine, full of flavour following the traditions of the Cuisine of the Apennine Mountains of central Italy. The cool, light and tranquil bedrooms at Villa Inglese have spectacular views over the Valle di Comino. All have king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our rooftop terrace has magnificent views over the valley and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and watch the spectacular sunsets. We invite our guests to bring a sense of curiosity and explore the rich food culture of the area, meet local wine and cheese makers, to forage with local experts, to explore or simply to relax and enjoy the view.
