The winery is in the centre of the town of Serdiana. The present winery has been carefully renovated by architect Savin Couelle, who introduced modern elements and sound energy saving technology, but ensuring that the new structures would match harmoniously with the traditional architecture. Present-day equipment is set in the spaces of traditional farming. There are the spaces where the winery becomes a place to welcome visitors and host cultural events, where tastings, meetings and classes are held. Here guests are welcomed, wines tasted, seminars held.
