At Fourth is a luxury villa which lies just 20 meters from the seashore, between the renowned and beautiful beach of Cagliari, Poetto and the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius, whereas it is possible to observe an abundant and variegated fauna such as the pink flamingos, during any season. Originally built in late 60’s and fully refurbished with high standard specifications, At Fourth is a ground floor house surrounded by a lush and peaceful garden, where during summer period the breakfast would be also served, well suited and outfitted to be enjoyed throughout the year. The surrounding area has plenty of activities to offer and because of the very convenient location, it is possible to take advantage both of the city services and amusement, bearing in mind the outstanding beach proximity just crossing the main beach promenade. Both bedrooms are really comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms ensure ultimate comfort and maximum privacy.
