B & B renovated with new furniture in November 2014; site in a quiet residential area less than 10 min. Walk from the beautiful Poetto's beach. It composed of 2 rooms with all the comforts, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower In the stay including breakfast, during which you can also savor typical Sardinian products or biological or Fair Trade products respecting the environmental protection and the work of each individual. Breakfast can be served in the lovely dining area with specially prepared buffet. For you for breakfast: coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. In the rooms Lavanda and Corbezzolo will be waiting for overnight a complete set of towels for each guest. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with every comfort: bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with internal chest, flat wall. In the Corbezzolo room is possible on request to add up to two small beds for children up to three years. In the bathroom you find also a hairdryer. The B & B is located in the quiet residential area called Quartiere del Sole which is equipped with all services (post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and pizzerias, sports facilities, children's play areas etc). The area is located in an environment of great value, just a few minutes from the wonderful Natural Park of Molentargius where you can admire in all seasons pink flamingos. The park has extensive bike paths and play areas for children. A few minutes you will also find the long beach Poetto with its 11 km offers visitors a unique spectacle in all seasons of the year. The beach is marked from the bus that connects the Quartiere del sole to the entire coastline. Directly from the Avenue Poetto Calamosca can access the area from where a paved road takes you to the St. Elias and I will make of the fort of St. Ignatius from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. For those coming to the apartment by car no problem for parking in the street because there is Favonio wide availability of free parking. The district is well connected to the city center by public transport and with some bike paths like the one that starts from quartiere del Sole and get up to Via Roma in the Marina district. The B & B in its management is trying to develop environmentally friendly choices and oriented towards environmental sustainability. For this you will find ecological toilet paper and towels with certified brand Confidence in textiles. We have banished from our kitchen products, disposable tableware and replacing them with washable. Many of the products that are offered for breakfast are locally grown, organic or from fair trade. The house is cleaned using local produce and bought on tap to reduce the ecological footprint or otherwise environmentally friendly. We love the plants and you will be received a house full of green.
