Our villa finished in 2010, is inside a piece of land of two hectares, located in the open country, only 5 km from Pula, characteristic small town with all you may need like restaurants, places to eat pizza, supermarkets, banks etc. In an ideal position that allows you to reach the main beaches like Nora, Chia, Tuerredda, Cala Cipolla, Porto Tramatzu porto Pino and it's only 24 km from the Cagliari Elmas airport. Available to our guests 3 double rooms, each with private bath, entrance, a recreation room with TV, internet connection, parking, garden with flowers, lawn and swimming pool. Our rooms with all comforts will make you feel at home although a few steps from wonderful landscapes that tell you about our beautiful island. For lovers of mountain biking and trekking our B&B being located at the foot of the mountain (Parco del Sulcis) can arrange excursions with experienced guides that will take you to wonderful places. In our ground for lovers of archeology there is a tomb from the nuragic era named "Tomba dei Giganti". Our B&B can tell you if you will need about starting points and places for excursions to the sea and to the mountains and recommend you the best places where to eat.
