The "pavoncelle sarde B&B" is located just 900 meters away from the sea, 15 minutes from Cagliari and from the most beautiful beaches of the south-east coast as: Costa Rei, Villasimius, Torre delle stelle, Geremeas, Solanas; the structure, newly built in 2019, consists in two rooms (non-smoking) each one with a private bathroom and various comforts including: air conditioning, flat screen TV, minibar, hairdryer, heated towel rail, patio with armchairs and small table attached to the room entrance to sip aperitifs in full relaxation. To complete the services offered, we find an elegant swimming pool with double hydro area, gazebo with sun loungers and a large covered area for breakfast. The structure is equipped with free internal parking with autonomous access using RFID technology. Free wi-fi connection in all area and free internal parking for the guests.
