We are located in Monserrato, a welcoming municipality situated 5 minutes from Cagliari, capital city of Sardinia. Our fully furnished flat will meet all the visitor's requirements. The guests can choose from 3 bedrooms: a double room and two single rooms; each room has its own bathroom.The apartment has a large kitchen fully equipped with accessories and a spacious and sunny living room. The rooms are provided with heating, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi network. The flat is located in a convenient position and it is a few metres from bus stops and the metro and 8 minutes by car from Elmas airport. The closeness to the Policlinico universitario (University Hospital) makes it particularly suitable for students and professors of various faculties, for the medical and nursing personnel and for those who occasionally go to the Policlinico.
