With our menu, we invite you to discover new tastes, dig into the memory to rediscover the old way of enjoying food. What we propose is the result of an accurate selection of products from national artisanal food market, made by people who have always been in love with the land that they work. We are thankful for the amazing products that are given by our land, we want to share them with you by creating a simple, health and tasty cuisine. Our research start from the studies of dishes and typical products from all national region, discovering tastes from long time ago, with ours grandmas’ recipes meticulously cooked. The deliciousness goes trough the choice of quality and simplicity on our raw materials and trough the way we work on them. For us authenticity is everything and we personally check the products and the work of our suppliers.
