The beach is 300 metres as the crow flies and can be reached with a 10 minutes walk on a steep path. INTERIORS: Unit 1: Ground floor with living-room with fire-place. Separate kitchen. Eternal shower bathroom. Second floor: one double bedroom with small veranda, one bedroom with French bed. One bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom. A terrace with stunning sea view. Unit 2: Ground floor with living-room with fire-place. Kitchenette. Eternal shower bathroom. Second floor: two double bedrooms one with small veranda. One bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom. EXTERIORS: Garden with private pool. Barbecue and external fire-place. EQUIPMENTS: Washing machine; dishwasher (unit 2), fridge, barbecue. Kitchen fully equipped. CONTRACT: The minimum rental period is one week. Starts on Saturday afternoon and finishes on next Saturday morning. In July an d August minimum rental period 2 weeks. Extra costs to be on arrival : On arrival is due a deposit of € 700 refundable on departure. Weekly charge € 200 for gas consumption, final cleaning, pool/garden maintenance, charge for the kitchen left dirty € 50. Electricity consumption (from meter reading): € 0,35 per kw/h. Bed and bath linen available upon request euro 20 per person per change. Pets are welcome.
