The villa is divided into two levels, on the ground floor easily accessible to the disabled find a suite with direct access to the pool, one triple bedroom with en suite bathroom, two lounges, a TV room, a large kitchen fitted with everything you need. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, including two suites, a library, an internet lounge club, a well staged large terrace with pool views. On the back of the villa there is a huge lawn garden with an outbuilding of about 150 square meters where there is a large fully fitted kitchen, a small gym, a room for children, a double bed. The garden is totally in lawn, a swimming pool for adults with a maximum height of 3.80 meters, a pool for children.
