We believe that the key ingredient to understand and live this place, is to accord yourself to its slow life pace, its naturally relaxed rhythm.If you'll find yourself in Civita, by chance or by choice, we think you'll experience your visit as a pleasant pause for reflection, beyond the clichè of the mass tourism.Il Comignolo is an old house built around the 1800, consisting of different spaces meant for spending time socialising, reading or just enjoying a bit of privacy. Il Comignolo offers different options to his guests: you can feel at home taking part in the everyday family life of the owners or you can enjoy your stay undisturbed in the quiet of one of the different areas the three levels building offers. However you decide to live it, Il Comignolo is first and foremost a house with a soul.Essential style, warm and discreet lights, traditionally handwoven linen; the rooms of Il Comignolo are perfect for rest and contemplation, meditation and intimacy. Mask, Totem and Oriental, the rooms are named after some of the many artistic chimneys that characterise the roofs of the traditional Civita's houses.The Oriental is located on the ground floor and is the largest room, perfect for families; with a high ceiling and door on the breakfast room.The Mask and the Totem are located in the attic, each with a private veranda, perfect for couples looking for romantic moments.Two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom, all with private bathroom; the room temperature is cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the underfloor heating system.
