OUR HISTORY It begins in Acireale in Via Luigi Einaudi, adjacent to the center of the Baroque city, ours great success since 2010 has led us to become the first specialized coffee shop combined with a dream that celebrates our passion for Italianness and the authenticity of the products: La Pinsa Romana! A trendy place, an eco-sustainable mentality, different blends of multi-certified coffee to be enjoyed with as many different extractions, and last but not least, the Roman pinsa: Artisan, highly digestible with its at least 72h of natural leavening, ingredients of the highest choice In short, you just have to come and visit us to savor so much more!
