The family run B&B Casa Grande, is located in Catanzaro Lido, the seaside district of the capital of Calabria. The building was built in the early 1950s and still maintains the original structure and interiors, thanks to a wise restoration activity that permits a modern use but preserving an antique aspect. The building disposed on two floors is connected by a wide and elegant stairway, on the roof it hosts a large panoramic terrace that covers the whole area that is available to all our customers during hot summer days. Furthermore, its geographical position is perfect for both those who for work need to reach the city center or those who for pleasure want to visit the touristic attractions or famous sights of our region. In addition, the area that surrounds the B&B offers all the necessary comforts and necessities. Pharmacys, banks, post offices, bars, pubs, restaurants and any other commercial activity. Moreover, our customer can comfortably and without the need of a car, reach any destination because a few meters away from our building there is: the State Railway Station, the Calabron - Lucana Railway Station (means of transport used in the past and still present today that connects neighboring areas to the city of Catanzaro) and the bus stop, that connects among other points of interest, the university center of Germaneto. Sport lovers and those who love to take long walks should not miss out on the nearby Lungomare Pugliese, a fascinating seafront that divides the whole neighborhood from the shores of the Ionio Sea, center of the city's nightlife with its clubs that overlook the sea and that in the summer period hosts tourist that have chosen our magnificent coast to spend their holidays.
