Arduino is located on the Via Bolgherese, a beautiful area under the influence of Tuscan hills and Tirrenian sea, that is synonymous with “nature” par excellence, for its position and philosophy. A balanced ecosystem where nature flourishes and regenerates itself, and every species, variety, and animal contributes to the well-being of the farm, just like us with our daily actions. Regeneration is expressed in everything we do. From the farm to the kitchen, everything is entirely grown and produced in the Podere, and transformed into the Osteria Ancestrale’s dishes thanks to fire, a unique and original cooking technique for our innovative vegetarian cuisine. A vital circle that starts from soil, passes from the harvest and ends up on our plates with respect and awareness of what’s around us.
