Open for dinner from Easter till the end of October, from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Light lunch available in the Summer from 12,30 to 2,30 pm. Dinner by the swimming pool also possible A very long tradition and the courage to change things: at our restaurant, we served the first fried fish 50 years ago, and we still prepare it in the same way today. Over this long period of time the dishes that have become a kind of classic speciality have remained the same. We take the same great care in choosing our raw materials. We make sure they are always fresh and in season. We also strive to prepare only condiments and sauces that bring out the best in every dish without compromising their flavour.
