The Casablanca Bistrò restaurant is a small family-run restaurant in the municipality of Scafa. The kitchen was opened in 1996 when the owners, Paolo and Paola, decided to start a business where they could express all their love for cooking. The restaurant is located on the slopes of the Majella and a few kilometers from the suggestive Lavino park. Within it the two cultures of the owners, the Abruzzese and the Apulian ones, have been found, looking for dishes that unite these two regions that have always been united by transhumance and the "road of sheep tracks". We started our business in 1996 with one goal in mind: to provide a pleasant dining experience. Thanks to the experience and time dedicated to the activity, we have managed to become experts in this art: providing fresh, full-bodied dishes... simply unforgettable. Eats. Drink. Take it easy.
