Casa sul Monte, a 300+ year old stone farmhouse in central Umbria with 2 spacious, independent but interconnected holiday apartments, Ulivi - 2 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) and Noci - 1 bedroom (sleeps up to 4). Recently fully restored the house has private gardens with swimming pool overlooking the Tiber valley and the Apennine mountains. A purpose built BBQ area with large grill, cooking equipment, table and chairs, nightime lighting is available for guests. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens, ample comfortable lounge seating and generous shower rooms. We are located 1 hour's drive from Perugia Airport, Assisi, Perugia and Orvieto. Florence and Rome are just over 2 hour's drive. We are on the edge of a small village surrounded by woods and wonderful rolling countryside. Trekking and cycling are especially popular as are the silence, solitude and fresh clean air. Ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing break from life's daily pressures and routines.
