We're happy to introduce you to MARCIANO an ancient Medioeval Tower on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. This gorgeous and peaceful place is today a true piece of heaven: The house is surrunded by a whide garden and faces a beautiful oak wood inhabited by many animals. If you're lucky you might get to see deer wandering in the garden. The HOUSE has been newly renovated, while preserving the original structure and materials, and hosts today our house and three apartments with private entrance for guests. Every FLAT is provided with: underfloor heating, private bathroom with shower, kitchen equipped with tools and basic products (oil, salt and sugar), linens and towels, free wi-fi. The apartments can host 2 to 6 people and the price vary according to the number of occupants. Enjoy the TRANQUILLY of nature while being just 8 minutes drive from the closest city! Also Marciano is in the Tiberina Valley, where Umbria and Tuscany meet, which makes it the perfect spot to visit both the regions! The AREA offers a wide range of OPEN AIR ACTIVITIES such as: hikes, horse back riding, canoa, mountain bike excursions... But also a good relax opportunity at the THERMAL BATH of FONTECCHIO. The surroundings are also rich in gorgeous VILLAGES to visit, and you'll have a chance to get in touch with the Italian culture through LOCAL FESTIVALS, COOKING CLASSES, TRUFFLE HUNTS and WINE TASTINGS!
