The Tipografia Grifani Donati founded in 1799 and currently managed by the seventh and eighth generation , it is a place where you can admire and enjoy the three printing techniques still in use in the structure such as: Typography ( printing process ) , the Calcografia ( engraving process ) and the lithography ( planographic process ) .
