Our completely renovated ancient farmhouse was converted into a very comfortable bed&breakfast. The property is set on the countryside, it is surrounded by green hills and it is located 500mt away from the historical centre of Potenza Picena. The bed&breakfast is composed from a 1-bedroom apartment and 3 different rooms. The property has also a dedicated garden area and private parking. Small Pets are allowed. APARTMENT Cosy and comfortable apartment that can host up to 4 adults. Among its features: a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen (equipped with fridge, microwave and LCD TV) a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, safety box, private garden with panoramic view and private entrance. B&B ROOMS The 3 rooms (2 doubles and one triple) are distinguished by the peculiar walls colours. They all feature: a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, LCD TV, safety box, private garden with panoramic view (only in 2 of the 3 rooms). Our guests are also allowed to use a dedicated kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and toaster. SEA AND HILLS Surrounded by the peaceful countryside of the Marches, set among the green hills of Potenza Picena, B&B Ines is the perfect place to relax and rest. The historical centre of Potenza Picena and its fantastic view of the sea, it is at a walking distance from the property.
