Chef & Pastry Chef Pia My story starts from Puglia where the food and wine and tourist culture has a very high level. Already in the 90s/2000s, still a child, I used to go around Mamma Linda's kitchen. This is how my love for cooking started. In 2016, together with my partner, we opened a B&B, then the Home Restaurant and then started cooking courses for our customers. I decided to enroll in the "Tu Chef" Cooking Academy. I became a Professional Chef of Gastronomy and also a Professional Patry Chef.
