The Manifattura dei Marinati is an Ecomuseum/Laboratory for the transformation of marinated fish products and a Visitor Center of the Po Delta Park which documents the history and culture of the people of Comacchio and the Delta. The ancient eel and fish marinating factory in the Comacchio Valleys offers visitors free cultural tours, tastings of traditional products, organizes cultural and food and wine events and offers the opportunity to see the fish processing live. It is possible to visit the Fire Room with twelve monumental fireplaces for cooking eels, the Vinegar Room with vats and barrels over 5 meters high and the Calata where the boats full of eels arrived. The exhibition is made up of historic boats, equipment, work artefacts and videos that document processing, life and fishing in the valleys from the 1930s to the present day. The shop offers typical products of Comacchio and the Po Delta Park (marinades, wines, etc.)
