Italian cuisine with attention to detail. Our chefs prepare dishes with local raw materials worked with passion and experience. This dream was born in 1992, when I received, after examination of the CCNA, the REC for Hotel and restaurant and when, inadvertently, I indicate as future hotel to manage the "Sacro Monte". three years ago negotiations began with the Parish for the purchase. Today, October 1, 2018, I end this long and difficult path opening the door to my collaborators and saying: "welcome to this wonderful challenge". Many people are waiting for the "opening bell", a few days are left and then, with your presence, you will help us to revive this beautiful hotel. The Sacro Monte of Varese Unesco, is located a few kilometers from the city center. At the top is the village of Santa Maria del Monte, with the Sanctuary, the Baroffio Museum, the Pogliaghi Museum, the Monastery of the Ambrosian Romite and the famous Hotel Sacro Monte.
