Our B&B occupies a manor house of the 18th century that has recently been restored respectful of its original features. The house is located at Palanzo, a small sunny village at a level of 600 m. (at 5 km from the lake) that is part of the commune of Faggeto Lario. The town is situated on the Eastern arm of Lake Como, half-way between Como and Bellagio, in the area between the two arms of the lake called Triangolo Lariano.One of the major attractions of Palanzo is the big wine press of 1572, which is reborn every year during the month of October on the occasion of the feast called the “Sagra del Torchio.”The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 in independent apartment with kitchen.The house is an ideal starting point for walks and excursions to the lake or surrounding mountains and the nearby villages. Palanzo is crossed through by the "Strada Regia", an ancient track built by the Romans and used as a connection road between Como and Bellagio.
