Located on the ground floor of the Villa, right on the lake, the Rigoletto apartment provides great views, thanks to its large panoramic patio doors which lead onto the porch and private garden on the lake. This spacious apartment of 100 m2 has a large room with a well equipped kitchen and a spacious living room decorated with a large Naif style painting by a local artist. The sleeping area consists of a large master bedroom with connecting bathroom, two other large bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower stall. A staircase of 7 steps leads directly to the private dock of the villa and the beach. Sitting under the porch and in the beautiful garden, our guests can enjoy a relaxing vacation right “by the lake” and serve lunches and dinners in the shelter of the porch, while contemplating the deep blue waters of the lake, the green mountains, the reflections of the sunset with the sound of the waves in the background. All city taxes and costs are included in the rent for reservations after 12/01/2022. Heating is not included, if necessary. Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
