Recently restructured and refurbished, elegantly simple and comfortable, located in the penthouse at the "Castle", our B&B provides five bedrooms, each with its own bath complete with shower or tub. Of the three double rooms, two have a king size bed, and one has two single beds, while the other two bedrooms have only single beds. A baby's crib is also available which can be placed in some rooms. At the center of the penthouse apartment, is a large reading room. This room serves as a comfortable living area, furnished in rustic style and equipped with television, video tape recorder and DVD player. In addition, everything necessary to prepare hot beverages is at our guests' disposal. An abundant and wholesome continental breakfast, made with genuine and homemade products, is served from October to May in the "cantina" of the B&B. From June on, during the summer months, our guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely private grounds of the Castle. The lush green lawn, the olive trees surrounding the swimming pool, create the perfect place for rest and relaxation. The B&B has convenient bus connections to both Mendrisio and Chiasso, within easy distance, where one can visit large commercial centers, stores, cinema and theatres. Both cities have railroad stations and convenient connections, also by bus, to other, more distant locations.Lugano, with its enchantingly beautiful lake, its museums - a cosmopolitan, fashionable city - is only 24 km away, both by highway and the secondary canton road;the airport of Agno is easily accessible from the center of Lugano by train or bus.
