LA SPIAGGIA is situated in front of the lake in Oliveto Lario, a village along the coast road leading from Lecco to Bellagio, 15 minutes from the two towns. The house, facing the beautiful mountains reflecting in the lake, surrounded by a large garden with fenced pool mt. 8 x 4, covers three terraced levels, each with indipendent entrance: mezzanino, 1st floor and attic. The first floor and the attic are also connected inside.It sleeps 16 people. At the 1st floor, a wide dining/living room opens on a panoramic veranda with table and chairs.Across the road, there is a private sun-terrace equipped with sun-beds and sun-shades, with direct access to the beach and to the lake. When available, It is also possible to rent single apartments.
