Our free-standing comfortable holiday home is on the verge of Morcote on a hillside plot with open views over Lake Lugano. Behind the property adjoins the forest. There are two terraces, a covered portico, so you can always find a sheltered shady spot. There is a large living room with dining area, two bedrooms, a nursery. All rooms have a wonderful view of Lake Lugano. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and plenty of dishes. In the basement there is a Miele washing machine. In the nursery there are built-in flyscreen blinds and blackout curtains. While swimming in the 7-meter swimming pool you can enjoy the full panorama. The house is located in a very good, clean condition, because constantly repairs and improvements are carried out. In urgent cases, there is a local contact.
