Hello there, we are the Serina Folgoni family. We are from the province of Brescia, but moved to Marca Trevigiana in 2000. Since 2006 we have been living in Farra di Soligo, the so celebrated heart of Prosecco DOCG wine. In recent years we have devoted ourselves, when possible, to discover this wonderful area, amidst the hills and vineyards, a few kilometers from the river Piave - its beauty and harmony have made it a candidate to become a UNESCO World Heritage Site ! After purchasing this house, we have adapted it to our needs, providing it with various comfort: - a large garden with tall trees of 2,000 sqm. - a swimming pool of 45 sqm . - solar panels for hot water and electricity, heating pellets. Given the beauty of the place, we have recently decided to dedicate a portion of the building to hospitality, furnishing the larger room on the first floor and creating a fully equipped bathroom for the exclusive use of guests. The room has a double bed and is large enough to accommodate an extra bed and a cot if required. The reason why we have called our B&B ‘Fara’? This is a name of Germanic origin - quite common in this area - means ‘journey’, ‘shift’ and refers to the camps families of the Lombards in the middle age. We ourselves would like to be the destination of your next trip: we can offer accommodation in this wonderful area, even for longer period, no matters the season in a familiar, warm and welcoming environment.
