At the Restaurant "da Brun" the speciality is the grilled meat, of very high quality and controlled production chain, that splits between pork meat as chops and sausages, beef and free-range chicken grown up outdoors. There is a great attention to the seasonality and the dishes are based on the venetian traditional cuisine as, for example, the rice pasta, lasagna with vegetables, grilled meat, cold cuts, sopressa, traditional cheeses and stravecchi, cakes entirelly made at home. Another typical and local course is the boiled meat, that here is possible to taste mixed with beef meat, poultry, capon and pork. Everything is always combined with typical wine carefully selected. Is even possible choose if to taste the dishes in the hall or under the pergola of vines with panoramic view to the surrounding farmland near of the Treviso's Hills, taking advantage of the landscape characterized by terraced vines along the slopes. The cottage is always run by the same family for generations that deals to bring to you products always fresh to best satisfy every need of your palate.
