The restaurant is known for its excellent quality of food and wine, and its focus on traditional cuisine: homemade delicacies such as Focaccia; Crostini; Mushrooms; Tuscany’s amazing Chianina beef, (the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina– grilled steak Florentine- is produced from its meat!); Ribollita (a hearty and delicious soup unique to Tuscany); Cinghiale (Wild pork); and assorted pastas including Pici (a hand-rolled fat pasta); —-truly ALL that delicious Italian cuisine can offer, emphasizing genuine products from the local area. Don’t forget to try also, our assorted Neapolitan Pizzas-Margherita, Marinara, Pomodoro Fresco- hand-tossed and dressed by the pizza chef, cooked in our wood-burning oven! Plus the vegetarian and the children’s meals mentioned earlier.
