Enthusiast Chef and Sommelier Owner of Le Caggiole, millenary farmhouse and home of my family for more than 7 generations. I spent many years with my grandmother learning to cook dishes of the oldest tradition. Based on this precious cultural heritage, I studied the ingredients, their seasonality and sustainable production systems, as well as cooking and tasting techniques. Following this passion, I have been Chef in agriturismo and also Sommelier. The last 5 years, I share these passions by organizing cooking classes.
