We are a family-run farmhouse in Tuscany with swimming pool, wellness room with jacuzzi and sauna, where you can book the entire villa at your exclusive use. Ideal for families and groups. Located in the town of Lucignano between the cities of Arezzo and Siena, we are perfectly located to be between the nature but close to all the attractions too. In few meters you can arrive in the statal street where you can reach in above 20/30 minutes all the famous and UNESCO areas of Tuscany, such as Val d' Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano, Cortona, Siena. In just 1 hour you can arrive in Florence and in 30/40 Minutes to the Trasimeno Lake. Learn to cook recipes handed down by grandmothers and typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, taste the wine produced in our estate and enjoy a visit to the vineyards, a photo shoot among the rows, a family dinner or relax in the private spa, all this becomes accessible to our guests with the Authentic Experience program. The farmhouse of medieval origins was the home of the peasants who worked the land owned by the Count of Casalta, a large part of the farm still surrounds the farmhouse which maintains the original features but with all modern comforts that will make you feel at home. We are always available to manage your booking, ask for information, make special requests and book services, we will be happy to answer you and take care of everything so you can relax and enjoying your holiday. A holiday that does not harm the environment and contributes to the reduction of Co2. Air conditioning and energy are mainly produced by our solar system. The products and foods we use are ecological, organics and farm-to-table.
