The food speciality is Castelmagno cheese and typical Occitan tradition. In 2016 our cheese won "Best Italian Mountain Cheese". The place is amazing,in an uncontaminated land at 1700 m. You can see the production of the cheese and enjoy the peace, the beauty, involved in the breath-taking landscape. We start producing cheese and now we have a restaurant and an hotel for an amazing experience in the Alps. You can joy because of the freedom, the quiet, and you can also live the intere production of Castelmagno cheese, starting from the milking to theb aging.
