La Fonte is a traditional Tuscan Villa. It is divided into 4 self catering apartments, Each apartment has its own sitting/dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped. The bedrooms are large (matrimonial beds and single beds available) and all our rooms have bathrooms/showers en suite. We do not serve breakfast but we do offer a BREAKFAST BASKET which is delivered to the apartment should our guests want this service. The basket must be ordered 24 hours in advance. La Fonte has a swimming pool. There is a large garden and many private corners where guests can relax and/or have al fresco meals. or have a BBQ. The villa has been carefully refurbished maintaining all the original features of a traditional Tuscan country house. The apartments are large and very comfortably furnished. San Gimignano is 8 km form our villa and Certaldo where there is great local shopping, a train station with a very good service to Florence and Siena, taxi service and restaurants to suit all pockets is 4 km from La Fonte. We are within easy driving distance of all the major towns and tourist attractions in the area. Lucca, Volterra, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, The Coast. We live on the property and are always on hand to help our guests with information they may need, book wine tours/tastings, cooking classes, museum tickets, order taxis etc We look forward to welcoming you to our country villa
