The museum houses a rich testimony that recalls the ancient tradition of peasant culture of Nissoria. The exhibits have been donated by the citizens who are the major contributors of the permanent exhibition. Those who visit the museum traces the various stages of the production cycle of the grain in the seven rooms containing equipment used in agriculture and now partly fallen into disuse.
