A small cottage in the country side in the midst of a natural environment rich in beautiful landscape and historical landmarks... The small medieval suburb of San Pellegrino is located at the northeastern part of Umbria along the old Roman road called Flaminia which connects Rome to the Adriatic Sea. Gualdo Tadino is an old town known for its tradition in the arts and in ceramic production. It is located near Gubbio in well-known city rich in history, and Assisi, a place of pilgrimage for Christians from all over the world.The influx of tourists has been recently renewed in the Central Appennine zone because of the presence of the Regional Park of Monte Cucco, known for its magnificent caves which are favourite objective of speleologists as well as hang-gliders and excursionists who love to go trekking. This resort, entirely restructured according to the constructive and typological elements of the rural Umbrian tradition, is composed of 5 apartments, each with its own entrance and subdivided as follows:Apartment n.1 - Ground floor: reception;Apartment n.2 - Ground floor: double room composed of kitchen-living room, matrimonial bedroom and bathroom, a living room with access to a private garden which offers the possibility to eat outside;Apartment n.3 - Ground floor: double room composed of a kitchen, a living room with a matrimonial sofa-bed, bedroom with double-bed and bathroom, with access to an adjacent private solarium which offers the possibility to eat outside;Apartment n.4 - First floor: 3 rooms composed of kitchen-living room, bedroom with 2 single beds, bedroom with double bed and bathroom;Aparment n.5 - First floor: 3 rooms composed of kitchen, spacious living room with matrimonial sofa-bed, 2 rooms with double bed and bathroom. Other facilities include: a swimming pool, a solarium, a barbecue stand, table tennis, playground for children, mountain bikes for hire, inside parking, 63.000 square meters of wood and meadow.
