The house is on two independent levels, the ground floor consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (sleeps 4), the upper floor of a double bedroom, one single and one double , kitchen, living room with TV, dining room and bathroom (sleeps 5/6). The outdoor space is large (1.5 ha); a large patio is equipped with tables, chairs and benches; adjoining a table tennis room, wood stove, and a small barbecue. The house is very quiet and peaceful, bordered by farmland and forest, there are wild animals: deer wild boars, porcupines, foxes etc. The location is strategic: 30km c is the sea (Marotta, Senigallia, Fano), 15km to the mountain where you can enjoy many excursions.
