About
The name "Le Fonti del Giano" means "Giano's springs" which is a small river near our property. The restaurant is set inside our biological farm close to the lake we have for fishing. It offers to its clients a traditional and genuine cuisine that comes from this mountainous area called "Appennino umbro-marchigiano" (between Marche and Umbria regions). We use only prime quality food for our courses. Our restaurant is a family business and it's open both for lunch and for dinner every day but from Monday to Thursday you need to give us a phone call. We suggest you to call us anyway in order to reserve a table during crowded days. We can arrange wine and dine, feasts, business dinner or birthday parties.
