Marchese del Grillo Restaurant is an old Villa at 5 km from the town of Fabriano. It was built at the behest of the Marquise Onofrio Del Grillo and it was made famous by the movie of the same name, with the actor Alberto Sordi. It is a warm and welcoming location, with exposed brickwork and beautiful vault ceiling. The cuisine is regional, but includes also interesting reinterpretation of old and traditional dishes, and innovative experiments, on first and fresh quality products. The menu changes every season, according to the availability of fresh products. Marchese del Grillo restaurant, in Fabriano, is reviewed on all trade guides and thanks to its well equipped cellar, with more that 1200 wine labels.
