Locanda Belvedere was born in the small village of Ascrea, in the province of Rieti, with the intention of introducing the exquisite cuisine of Chef Pierina Federici. It soon became a reference trattoria as well as a wine shop for travelers who spend a good time in the extraordinary Turano Valley. To support the Chef is his family: in the kitchen his son Chef Andrea Albuccetti and in the dining room his husband Angelo Albuccetti. The authenticity of the raw materials and the processing methods such as homemade pasta, grilled meat and a variety of tasty dishes of the local tradition, are the strengths of the restaurant.
