You can choose pizzas of all tastes, from classic pizzas to pizzas processed with KM0 products. Our dough has various qualities such as high digestibility, ingredients of the highest quality and the right crunchiness.. but our real strong point is undoubtedly lightness! From this year, after months of study, the Bivio offers the Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a wood oven following all the rules of the true tradition. It's a Neapolitan pizza made with dough made from flour 00 of Mulino Caputo, an authentic excellence in the world. A pizza with long leavening seasoned with top quality ingredients!
