Frattiero B&B in Ferrara is a farmhouse born in the eighteenth century whose name derives from the ancient presence of a religious community; in the postwar period it welcomed many homeless people and in 1994 we restructured it thanks to the professionalism of skilled craftsmen and the help of family members; in this way it maintained its original appearance and acquired avant-garde contents. Over the years we discovered the fauna of the area: pheasants, herons, hares, kites, foxes, owls, sparrows, blackbirds; we were enchanted by sunsets and stars, cicadas and owls. We discovered the seasons in the color of sunflowers and cereals, the corn that rises to create a wall. We are fascinated by nature, but also attracted by man's creativity, those arts and crafts that come to life in Ferrara every day and during cultural events.
